Pack Your Product

Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our service center, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
